When were not designing...

..we like to get down.

We recently had a party for a good friend of ours who just got engaged, and is moving :(  But, we had a fun night.

Annie and I decided to get a picture of the two of us looking normal, before the guests arrived.  Lets just say it took 3 tries.  Also revealing of Annie's baby bump.... still small there.

 One of the best gifts we (Nate) got for Christmas was Buck Hunter for Wii.  Totally fun and leads to an awesome night of fun.

 So there - totally not design related, but we wanted to show you we do have lives beyond working on our houses.  Oh - and we are not usually so high tech, some of our favorite games are old school dominos, catch phrase, etc

PS- we also got Pictionary for Wii - also very awesome.

Just for fun...

Annie and I spent long hours on Saturday working on some projects that we hope to share with you soon.  It involved lots of fabric and a sewing machine :)  Annie even learned to sew this weekend. But her run in with the needle might have scared her off for a while. 

In the mean time, I thought I would give you a chance to get to know Annie and I better.

Annie and I have been friends for a long time! While a lot of the stuff that we do on this blog seems like hard work and very domestic, we wanted to show you our lighter side.  Annie and I seem to never take normal pictures together - so for your entertainment:
